Do Not Play List
Many couples submit a list of songs they want to be played at their wedding. Some songs are for specific moments, such as the first dance, while others are memorable or well liked by the bride and groom. However, consider providing your DJ with a list of songs you do not want to hear on your big day. These can be songs that do not fit the vibe of your wedding or that you specifically dislike.

First Point Of Contact
You may have planned your wedding to perfection up to this point, but on your big day it is time to hand over the reins. Ask a close friend or family member to take on the role of first point of contact for wedding vendors on the day. Pick someone you trust to direct the vendors when they arrive and to make decisions if need be because the chances are you will too busy to make them yourself.
Gift Caretakers
The last thing you want to do is leave gifts or personal items at your reception venue. To ensure that you get to enjoy your night without this responsibility, ask a bridesmaid or groomsman to collect any gifts or, alternatively, ask for gifts to be sent to your home.
Look After Your Vendors

This one is easy to forget as wedding invitations are sent out well in advance. keep a spare copy to bring on your wedding day as photographer often like to get intricate detail shots of invitations, accessories and dresses during the getting ready period. Emergency Kit
Sometimes things go wrong. Be prepared for just about anything by packing an emergency kit. Include things like a needle and thread, stain remover, bandaids and hairspray. Leave this with the maid of honour or mother of the bride to ensure it is always close by.
Powder Room Essentials
Cover all bases by including a basket of necessities in your powder room. From extra bobby pins or deodorant to bug spray for outdoor weddings, this extra little bit of hospitality will go a long way with your guests. Add a nice hand lotion or scented candle for an additional bit of luxury.

Lighting is an essential component that makes sure everything is looking its best. It really determines the mood of a room but is easily overlooked.
