Taking your wedding from meh to ohhhh WOW can be as easy as turning on a light switch with a chandelier from Chandeliers To Die For. Modern Wedding spoke with the team at Chandeliers To Die For to discover how it all works...
What kind of services does Chandeliers to Die For offer?
We offer a full delivery and installation service throughout Australia.Our sparkling chandeliers are loaded with high quality full lead crystals including Swarovski crystal feature pieces.
What happens when a bride decides to book with you? What is the process involved?
Once the bride has chosen from our extensive range of chandeliers, either from visiting our show rooms, website, facebook or viewings at shows or venues we then generate an invoice and email it to them. The bride is then able to submit a 50% deposit, via EFT or Credit Card to lock in those chandeliers for her glorious wedding day.
Where do brides usually have chandeliers installed?
As all eyes are generally on the bride and groom throughout the celebrations, the chandeliers are normally positioned over or in front of the bridal table to fill the empty space above the beautiful bridal table. The other chandelier favourites include over the dance floor and also over the guest tables to create that special sparkling and glistening ambience for a romantic evening.
Have you set up any particularly unique weddings?
For an Indian Wedding in Adelaide we built a 5 metre in diameter chandelier over the centre of the dance floor, over one tonne of crystal decorated this decadent event. The wedding chandelier was the canopy for Swan Lake performers, Bollywood dancers, fire eaters, feathered and plumed costumed show girls, jazz ballet dancers and later the bride and groom and wedding guests.
What can a bride expect to pay?
One large sparkling crystal chandelier centred on the bride and groom has an average range of $550.00 to $750.00 plus installation costs and gst. Some weddings fill the room with chandeliers and can spend 10's of thousands to recreate that 'Great Gatsby' feel.
What kinds of chandeliers are available for hire?
The range of Chandelier styles is quite broad and include;
Sparkling traditional Marie Theresa in 3 sizes. These are the most popular. Then there is French Classical, French Provincial, Black wrought iron,garden style chandeliers, Rusty Empire Basket chandeliers, white shabby chic chandeliers, all loaded with sparkling crystal adornments.
Why would you recommend hiring chandeliers?
