What makes Dunbar House special?
Located on the shores of Sydney Harbour, in the expansive grounds of Robertson Park Watsons Bay. In February 2011 the venue underwent a total refurbishment and the exterior has been restored to its former glory with a contemporary Georgian colour palette. Available for day and evening receptions with ceremonies under the magnificent Fig tree at the front of the venue.
What is the venue's capacity?
110 guests, cocktail: 150 guests.
What general facilities are available?
Dance floor, microphone and lectern, cordless microphone, screen and projector, PA system.
What kind of packages are available?
There are Flexible packages on offer to suit your requirements including canapés, three course dinner, beverages and ancillaries. Priced on application. Competitive winter and lunch packages are available.
What can couples expect a wedding menu at Dunbar House to look like?
Entrée Prawn tortellini, sweet corn and tomato, harissa grilled octopus - Chicken ballotine, soft polenta, rocket, capers and tomato - Carpaccio of King salmon, Chardonnay and spring vegetable dressing, soft feta
Main Lemon and chilli roast jewfish fillet, pearl barley, spinach prawn and coconut - Manchego and bacon roast chicken breast, white bean and garlic cassoulet - Herb and mustard crust rack of lamb, pea puree, mushroom tortellini
Dessert Warm chocolate pot, raspberry compote, vanilla cream - Vanilla and buttermilk bavarois, balsamic berries, almond crisp - Papillote of rosemary roasted baby figs and spring/summer fruit
