These cute packages can be used for bomboniere sweets or one large chocolate or as a novelty gift container for even a piece of jewellery.

Materials:  Red and green 120 gsm paper, raffia strips or string, hole puncher, scissors and glue. You can get three strawberries out of one sheet of A4 paper.

How to create:

  1. Download template and trace templates onto the appropriate coloured paper.
  2. Cut out and erase pencil marks before constructing the strawberry.
  3. Score and fold along the broken lines and punch holes where indicated.
  4. Glue the tab marked with an X to the inside of the box with adhesive or double-sided tape.
  5. Thread raffia through the holes. Fill the container with sweets, pull the sections together with the raffia and tie with a double knot at the centre.
  6. To curl the leaves, run the edge of a pair of small scissors along the top half of each leaf.
