Wildfire Publishing Butterfly paddle fans
Originating in Japan, these dainty butterfly paddle fans are ideal to keep your female guests cool, especially at an outdoor wedding on a summer’s day.
Materials
Decorative paper; tongue depressors (purchased from chemists);
tacky craft glue; spray adhesive.
How to create
- Download template and trace onto the back of decorative paper.
- Cut out and attach tongue depressors with tacky craft glue where indicated on template.
- Once dry, spray with spray adhesive and press together. Trim up any edges that don’t line up.
TIP: If your selected decorative paper is not firm enough glue it onto cardboard stock with spray glue before cutting out.
