10.10.10
Hayley and Alexander celebrated ten years of friendship and vowed to each other to love forever more on 10.10.10. Their wedding was a beautiful celebration of the life they have created together.
Hayley follows the wisdom of her Nan: “To have a friend is to be a friend. It is not only marrying the right partner, it is actually being the right partner.”
As the owner of Wedding Stylists Melbourne, Hayley knows how to create glamorous weddings. When it was her time to be the bride, she imbued her wedding with love and charm. 150 guests witnessed them become husband and wife at “The Dome,” in Collins Street, Melbourne. Gold urns brimmed with fresh peonies and roses. A string quartet beautifully welcomed enchanted guests into a picturesque setting.
Hayley wore a Pronovias gown and handmade a stunning pearl headpiece completing her desired Grecian Goddess look. Bridesmaids wore black Lili gowns and Hayley wore the same design in ivory as a second gown.
Celebrations continued at Studio 3, Crown Towers Southbank where the city glow beamed through the floor to ceiling windows. A visually stunning, monochromatic theme with bursts of Limoncello roses, mirrored place settings and oversized charger plates created a glamorous vibe. The bridal table celebrated white and featured crystal candelabras with an array of exquisite roses.
Guests loved surprise entertainment from “The Kapa Brothers” - larger than life Greek characters who performed a mix of eclectic Greek dancing and a hilarious comedy act. A vintage photo booth kept the laughs flowing for guests and doubled as a guest book.
The live lolly buffet was ingenious – A ‘Human Table’ dressed as Marie Antoinette featured a mix of delectable treats. Guests were given a gift box to fill with their favourite selection which they took home, paired with a memento from the photo booth to remember forever.
Hayley admits the entire wedding was pure indulgence which continued through to their honeymoon to LA, Vegas and the beautiful Cancun.
